Video: What Do Mohan Raja & Jayam Ravi Have In Store This Time?

'Thani Oruvan' is one such movie that created a unique name for itself in Tamil cinema. The way it portrayed the mind games between the hero and villain was never seen before. The slick presentation, the twists and thrills it gave the audience were nothing short of brilliant. It was remade as 'Dhruva' in Telugu with Ram Charan as the lead. 'Thani Oruvan' which came out in 2015 ended up Aravind Swamy's character getting killed and the hero arresting all the corrupt people who were in bed with the villain.

After 8 years, the sequel is all set to begin and 'AGS Entertainment' banner will be producing it. Mohan Raja who directed the first part will be handling 'Thani Oruvan 2' as well while his brother Jayam Ravi is the hero. Nayanthara is the heroine once again and it has been made clear in the announcement video that the second part will be a continuation for the first film.

The announcement video is creatively designed as they broke the fourth wall. The lead character and writer-director are directly interacting with each other. While the first part shows how Mithran chooses his enemy from the beginning, 'Thani Oruvan 2' will have the enemy choosing Mithran. The video is highly impressive and we need to see if the second part is going to be on par with the first one or not.

Sam CS is the music composer who will be replacing Hip Hop Tamizha in the second part. Vijay is the director while Nirav Shah is the director of photography. Kiran is the art director of this movie.
