In fact, if we look at the plans of Tollywood back in December, we have Ram Charan’s Peddi and Nani’s The Paradise, both targeting a March 2026 release, while Yash’s Toxic joined the same month later. However, with Dhurandhar Part 2 announced for March 19th, all movies reshaped their plans. Both Toxic and Peddi moved out, and The Paradise moved to August without any doubts. Here’s what The Paradise, featuring Nani in the lead, should actually learn now.

After leaving the March release, both Peddi and Toxic locked in new dates. While Charan’s film locked on April 30th, Yash’s movie locked on June 4th. Guess what, both the films have missed out on both dates again. While Peddi locked June 24th as the new date, Toxic has announced that the date is missing today only, and a new date is yet to come out. Mostly, this is because of the post-production delays that these films are missing their dates. While Toxic is still struck with the final cut things, Peddi is yet to complete the background score, courtesy AR Rahman.

The lesson that The Paradise should learn is that, first, they should get a realistic gauge of whether they could wrap the shooting all before June itself, such that Anirudh will have plenty of two months to wrap the background score before the film hits cinemas in August. With everything depending on post-production speed, and with Anirudh at the helm, definitely The Paradise should be more careful. The date is already postponed, and if it happens another time, all the buzz built by “Aya Sher” is not likely to be retained for a long time.
