Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff has added a swanky new residence to his portfolio! According to reports, Tiger Shroff recently purchased a luxurious 4,248-square-foot home in Pune for a staggering Rs. 7.5 crore.

This lavish property is part of the Yoo Pune project in Hadapsar, developed by Panchshil Realty. The purchase was finalized on March 5, 2024, with Tiger paying a stamp duty of Rs. 52.5 lakh. Interestingly, the reports further reveal that the property has already been leased out, generating a monthly rental income of Rs. 3.5 lakh for the actor.

This new acquisition adds to Tiger's impressive real estate portfolio. The actor also owns a sprawling eight-bedroom apartment in Mumbai's posh Khar suburb, valued at a staggering Rs. 35 crore.

While Shroff enjoys his new investment, his professional life is equally exciting. He's currently gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated film "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan," co-starring Akshay Kumar.
