Is 'Tillu' Setting New Benchmark For Other Upcoming Heroes?

Siddu Jonnalagadda has been in the film industry for a long time. He played small roles in movies like 'Josh' and 'Orange' before doing a main character in 'Guntur Talkies' and others. After gaining a bit of craze with 'Krishna & His Leela', the stars favoured him and 'DJ Tillu' happened. The crazy character, his antics and the superb fun generated in the movie has impressed everyone.

A lot of youngsters related to the movie as they have had seen at least one guy like 'Tillu' in their life. The movie turned out to be a massive hit and Siddu became a 'Star Boy'. He announced the sequel of 'DJ Tillu' and named it 'Tillu Square'. There are high expectations on this film. The songs got a huge response and even the recently released trailer created a huge buzz. The movie is all set to hit the marquee on 29th March and there is a latest update that is doing rounds on the internet.

As it is known, the OTT rights of the movie were bought by Netflix and sources claim that the popular streaming platform spent 35 crores for it. This has not been confirmed but it will be a huge record if this turns out to be true. This proves the craze of this film and it will definitely set a standard for his counterparts. Siddu is not a huge star or a top mid-level hero like Nani or Vijay Deverakonda. But the OTT rights of his film going for 35 crores explains his increasing craze.

Apart from 'Tillu Square', Siddu is doing a film with 'Bommarillu' Bhaskar under the SVCC banner. Also, he is working on another interesting project under Neeraja Kona's direction.
