'TNR' Producer Claims That It Was A Team Decision!

There is a lot of talk going on regarding the lengthy runtime of the upcoming biographical drama 'Tiger Nageswara Rao'. Reports claim that it is 185 minutes long and the director did not agree to trim the film despite pressure from the producer and distributors. When questioned about it, the movie's producer Abhishek Agarwal claimed that it was untrue.

He stated, "We have sat down, watched the film and found that the long runtime is appropriate. It's a team decision to have such a long runtime and the director hasn't taken the call alone. Once you watch the film everyone will understand the reason behind such a long time."

Also, the makers of biopics usually face the criticism of taking too many cinematic liberties. The living family members usually come out blaming the makers that the reality is nowhere to be shown. We have seen this happen to movies like 'Raazi', 'Gunjan Saxena', 'Sye Raa' and others. Producer Abhishek stated that the team got a No-Objection-Certificate' from the wife and kids of 'Tiger Nageswara Rao'. While the makers got the information regarding his dacoity and jail life through the official domain, his family members revealed a lot about his personal life and other details that are not known to everyone.

Nupur Sanon will be making her debut with this flick and so is another young beauty Gayatri Bharadwaj. Anupam Kher and Renu Desai are also a part of this project. Srikanth Vissa penned the dialogues while GV Prakash Kumar composed the music. Madhie is the DOP while Avinash Kolla is the production designer. Abhishek Agarwal is the producer while Vamsee is the director of this pan-Indian film.
