How Tollywood Ruined 2025 Summer?
But due to bad production planning and unexpected circumstances, all three of these films got postponed, indefinitely to a later point in time.
By: Tupaki Desk | 5 Jun 2025 10:24 AM ISTThe 2025 summer season is nearly done and dusted as we are already in the first week of June as the otherwise lucrative summer season has gone in absolute waste due to the planning of Tollywood.
Earlier it was reported that Prabhas would be arriving in theatres with Raja Saab in April, while Pawan Kalyan would come with Hari Hara Veera Mallu on June 12. It was also reported earlier that Vijay Devarkonda’s most interesting film Kingdom would also be releasing on May 30.
But due to bad production planning and unexpected circumstances, all three of these films got postponed, indefinitely to a later point in time.
It can be noted that Chiranjeevi was also supposed to arrive in theatres this may with his upcoming film Vishwambhara. But sadly, even this film could not make it to the theatres on time, as it also got postponed due to the delay in the production activities.
Subsequently, the lucrative and prospective summer season which must have been filled with big Hero films has gone in absolute waste with no one utilising this golden period.
It has become a common tradition for Telugu stars to lock their release date first, and then track back and shift to other dates while potentially messing up the whole scheduling pattern.
