Tollywood Summer 2026: Mega Madness Loading?

The summer season is generally very lucrative in Telugu cinema and we could be witnessing something big this as well, considering the volume and magnate of the films that are releasing.

The summer will start with the mega madness as multiple mega heroes are coming up in March and April respectively.

This summer is very important for Tollywood, but the release calendar is currently unclear. Many big films are still adjusting their release plans, which has created confusion in the industry. Fans and trade experts are eagerly waiting to know when the movies that were originally planned for March will finally reach theatres.

Bringing some much needed clarity, two highly anticipated films have officially locked their dates. Ustaad Bhagat Singh is set to release on March 26, while the makers of Peddi have confirmed April 30 as their release day.

Since both are crazy projects with strong expectations, their announcements have helped other filmmakers plan their schedules better and avoid major clashes.

Meanwhile, several films are yet to reveal their release dates. Paradise is one of the projects that still needs to confirm its arrival. Movies like Dacoit, Lenin, and Swayambhu are also expected to announce their dates soon, which should bring more structure to the summer lineup.
