Tough Time For 'Shatamanam Bhavati' Director!

Shatamanam Bhavati' is one film in Tollywood that struck the right chord with the family audience. Just like 'Bommarillu' which was produced by Dil Raju, 'Shataman Bhavati' is one such film from the same producer that brought families to the theatres. Despite releasing in between 'Khaidi No 150' and 'Shatamanam Bhavati', the film minted around 40 crores during the Sankranti season of 2017. After this film, there were high hopes on director Satish Vegesna's next venture 'Srinivasa Kalyanam'.

But that film which had Nithiin and Raashi Khanna playing the lead roles ended up being a disaster. People lost belief in this director after 'Entha Manchivadavura'. Apart from the two failures, a few films of his failed to release due to various reasons. Satish is facing a lot of problems as his 'Kothi Kommachi' starring his son and late actor Srihari's son in the lead is not getting a release date.

He started 'Sri Sri Rajavaru' which got stopped in the middle. The film's hero moved onto another flick. Without taking care of these two projects, Satish jumped onto his next film titled 'Kathakeli'. He is also producing this film under his 'Shatamanam Bhavati' banner.

Most of the actors are newcomers and he has brought industry biggies like Dil Raju and Harish Shankar to speak about the movie. He talked to the press and agreed how 'Kothi Kommachi' and 'Sri Sri Rajavaaru' are getting postponed. We need to wait and see how 'Katha Keli' turns out.
