This Tamil film has veteran actors, Shashi Kumar and Simran in the lead roles, and it is based on a Sri Lankan family that settles in India.

This film was largely uploaded by the Tamil audience for its realistic portrayal of the socialistic norms in the modern society. There are several hard hitting, and also light moments in this film that grabbed the attention of the orients big time.

The film was made on a very modest budget, but it ended up collecting over ₹60 crore at the box office, which is a pretty significant deal for a film of this scale. It turned out to be one of the biggest hits in Tamil cinema in recent years in terms of investment and returns.

This film OTT is currently streaming on Disney + Hotstar starting from today. It is certainly a must watch film for casual OTT experience, and we can expect it to generate a lot of traction in the OTT space as well.
