The trailer begins with an emotional search by a father for his daughter but soon the plot dives deep into historical events blending past and present with a gripping narrative. The standout performances of actors like Udaya Bhanu and Sathyaraj in intense roles have caught the audience�s attention.
Sathyaraj who is known for his powerful roles in films like Baahubali and Veetla Visesham, is all set to take on a complex and dark character in Tribanadhari Barbarik. Speaking about his role recently, Sathyaraj shared that even at the age of 70, his passion for exploring unique characters has not waned. He revealed that the character of Barbarik, with its shades of grey was an instant yes for him.
The film is directed by Mohan Srivatsa and tells the story of Barbarik, a figure from the epic Mahabharata, known for his fierce determination and tragic end. The trailer hints that the real hero of the story is not just the characters but the story itself, which delivers a strong message and strong performancses by Vasishta Simha and Satyam Rajesh as well with Udaya Bhanu making her grand comeback as the main villain.
The film also boasts the talents of VTV Ganesh, Karthikeya, Prabhavathi, and Kranthi Kiran, among others. Produced by Vijaypal Reddy Adidhala and executive produced by Raajiesh Namburu, the film has Kushendar Ramesh Reddy as the cinematographer. Marthand K. Venkatesh, is working as a editor while Krishnakanth Busi's visual effects are going to add grandeur to the film's aesthetic. The sound department is led Harish.
