It's 21 Years In Industry For South Queen Trisha!

This is a time when heroines score one big hit and sign 5-6 projects immediately. They will be seen everywhere for a year or two and people get bored of them after some time. These young beauties crash down as quickly as they rose. It is the common scenario which is happening for a lot of heroines and a people are calling a few actresses as seniors when they are in the industry for just 5-6 years. But imagine completing 21 years in the film industry and still going strong with crazy projects in her hand.

There are only a few talents out there who can achieve this feat and Trisha Krishnan is one among them. She entered as the heroine with a Tamil film titled 'Mounam Pesiyadhe' back in 2002. Her recent release was 'Leo' which was a blockbuster in 2023. This shows the longevity of the actress who has ruled the roost in Tamil and Telugu film industry. Trisha has a huge fanbase and the actress is one of the finest performers in South cinema in the past two decades.

Right from the beginning of her career, Trisha managed to strike a fine balance between commercial films as well as roles which had substance. She showed her versatility by doing a lot of glamorous roles in commercial potboilers, adorable characters in love stories, negative roles in political thrillers, emotional roles in dramas, action roles in heroine-oriented films too. She constantly challenged herself and grew into one of the biggest heroines in South.

Despite facing a bit of low between 2014-2018, Trisha bounced back with '96' and there is no looking back ever since.

She is picking up strong and interesting roles one after the other and her fanbase is constantly increasing which is a testament to her acting prowess. She has a Tamil film, a Malayalam film and she is all set to accept a Telugu movie too.
