"I Feel a Little Scared of Venkatesh": Trivikram

Director Trivikram Srinivas shared his special connection with Victory Venkatesh at the song launch event of Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47. The film marks their reunion after nearly two decades. During the event, Trivikram spoke about his early days in the film industry and explained why he still feels nervous around Venkatesh even though they share a close relationship.

Trivikram said that Venkatesh has always been one of his favourite heroes. He recalled that his journey in the film industry actually started with Venkatesh's film Pavitra Bandham.

“Like all of you, Venkatesh is also my favourite hero,” Trivikram said.

He remembered his early days when he was trying to establish himself as a writer. Trivikram revealed that the first dialogue he wrote with a pen was for Pavitra Bandham. He said this is one of the reasons he will always be grateful to Venkatesh.

“At that time, he did not know who I was. But he told Muthyala Subbaiah that some young man was writing well,” Trivikram recalled.

He also remembered the time when he went to narrate the story of Nuvvu Naaku Nachav. Trivikram said Venkatesh recognised him during that meeting. He described this as an important part of his journey in cinema.

Interestingly, Trivikram said that he still feels a little nervous around Venkatesh despite their close friendship.

“Even though Venkatesh is very close to me, I still feel a little scared of him. I think that fear comes from the respect and affection I have for him,” Trivikram said.

The director also praised Venkatesh's dedication towards cinema. He said that even after working in many films, the actor continues to show the same passion for his work. Trivikram revealed that Venkatesh completed the dubbing work even when he was not feeling well.

Trivikram also thanked Dimple Hayathi for her efforts in the ‘Narayanamma’ song. He said that she was unwell during the shoot but still worked hard and completed the song.

He also praised Thaman and lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry, saying that he has known them for many years.

Trivikram ended his speech by asking audiences to meet the team in theatres on October 9. He expressed hope that everyone would like the film.
