'True Lover' Is A Perfect Watch This Valentine's Week!

As we know, producer SKN and director Maruti are bringing 'True Lover' into Telugu. This Tamil movie will be dubbed and released under their banners on 10th February. Love stories are eternal and all you have to do is make the audience connect with the characters in order to get success. It is equally challenging too. But 'True Lover' seems to be an interesting project which raised good hype.

'Kabali' fame Manikandan who was seen in 'Good Night' is seen as the hero while Sri Gouri Priya who is known to the Telugu audience through 'MAD' is the heroine. Nazerath Pasilian, Magesh Raj Pasilian and Yuvaraj Ganesan are the producers of 'True Lover'. Prabhuram Vyas is the writer and director of the movie while Sean Roldan is the music composer. The teaser impressed the youth and the team recently organised a pre-release press meet.

They opened up about the blockbuster reports from Chennai premiers and confirmed that paid premiers and special shows will be held in Telugu as well. Speaking at the meet, hero Manikandan said, “I can't say anything but thank you from this stage. People here have accepted me as a Telugu actor. Even when I worked on 'Jai Bhim' and 'Good Night', I received a warm reception from the Telugu audience. With Maruthi and SKN releasing 'True Lover', it has reached another level. Like the Tamil premiers, I hope for a successful talk in Telugu too.”

Director Maruthi said, “I was as thrilled as the first time I saw this film. 'True Lover's' story is depicted by the director in a very authentic manner. He has thought deeply and crafted the script with care. Prabhuram Vyas's directorial talent is commendable. This movie is suitable not just for youths but for the whole family to watch together. I believe this Valentine's Day will be unforgettable with 'True Lover.' The performances of Manikandan and Sri Gouri Priya will be a major highlight. We plan to make a direct Telugu movie with this duo under our Mass Movie Makers banner.”

He added, “Despite being busy with a project with Prabhas and having worked on 'SKN Baby,' we are promoting 'True Lover' extensively because it is a quality film. We are looking forward to the premiere tomorrow night and hope the Telugu audience will embrace 'True Lover.' No Telugu film has explored this theme before. It accurately portrays the anguish of a boy when the girl he loves avoids him while befriending someone else.”

Heroine Gouri Priya stated, “It seems that no one could bring 'True Lover' to the Telugu audience as well as Maruti and SKN have. I would like to thank the producers for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful film in Tamil. There's been a superb response from the Tamil premieres.
