Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Daaku Maharaj has officially premiered on Netflix today, February 21, in multiple languages, including Hindi. Earlier, speculation suggested that Urvashi Rautela’s scenes had been removed from the digital version, but the rumors have proven to be entirely false. All of her scenes remain undamaged, including the hit song Dabidi Dibidi.

The controversy started when Netflix shared an announcement poster on social media that seemingly absent Urvashi. This led to widespread online speculation, with users questioning if she had been deliberately cut from the film’s streaming release.

However, Netflix quickly put the rumors to rest by sharing a new announcement featuring Urvashi in the collage. This confirmed that there were no edits to her role, reassuring fans eager to see her performance. Daaku Maharaja, directed by Bobby Kolli, features a star-studded cast, including Nandamuri Balakrishna, Urvashi Rautela, Bobby Deol, Pragya Jaiswal, and Shraddha Srinath.

It was released in theaters on January 12, 2025, for Sankranti and received positive reviews. With music composed by Thaman S, the film crossed ₹100 crore globally, cementing its place as one of the year’s biggest Telugu hits.
