Harish Shankar Clears Rumors About His Next Project

Director Harish Shankar, currently working on Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Pawan Kalyan in the lead role, recently dismissed various rumors circulating about his upcoming projects. On Sunday, he took to his X (formerly Twitter) account to clarify the situation, stating that all the news regarding his future films was purely speculative. He emphasized that he would share official details about his next project at the right time.

Harish Shankar’s post read, "The various news items about my next project are purely speculative. I will personally share the details at the right time through an official announcement. For now, my team and I are completely immersed in Ustaad Bhagat Singh." This statement came in response to claims made on social media that Harish Shankar would be collaborating with producer Dil Raju and actor Ravi Teja next. There were also rumors suggesting that the director might work with Bollywood star Salman Khan.

Meanwhile, postproduction work on Ustaad Bhagat Singh is progressing smoothly. On July 29, the film’s production house, Mythri Movie Makers, shared an update confirming that the climax of the film had been completed. The post also revealed that the climax, which is expected to be high on both action and emotion, was supervised by action director Nabakanta.

Despite his busy schedule as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and his promotional duties for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Pawan Kalyan managed to find time for the shoot. The production house praised his commitment to the film. Pawan Kalyan had joined the team in Hyderabad in June for the shoot.

The film features Sreeleela as the female lead and is being produced on a grand scale by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner. The music for Ustaad Bhagat Singh is being composed by Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad, whose recent works have been highly successful. Ayananka Bose is handling the cinematography and editing is being taken care of by Kulkarni. Action sequences are being choreographed by the Ram-Laxman duo, ensuring that the film’s action scenes will be a major highlight.
