Why Vasishta Didn’t Work On Bimbisara 2?

One of the most impressive debuts for any film director in recent years happened with Bimbisara. This film was directed by talented film maker Vasishta who made a positive start to his career with this film.

However, there was a lot of surprise factor involved when it was announced that the director will not be at the helm of the proceedings for the sequel of the film, which is currently in the production stage.

It was Vasishta who cracked the story and executed the first part successfully. However, he was not given the chance to direct this sequel for this film as Hero Kalyan Ram went with another director named Anil Paduri for the same.

When asked about the reason why he was not working on the sequel for this film, here is what the director had to say on this matter.

“It is a fact that I am not working on the sequel for Bimbisara. But this is a very logical and logical decision that was collectively taken. We mutually decided that Anil had cracked the story for the sequel, even better than I could, and that is the reason why I and Kalyan Garu decided to go ahead with him.” Vasishta said.

What is interesting to not hear is that Vasishta is the one who created the world of Bimbisara in the first place, but it is now conclusively decided that this sequel is going to be directed by some other person who reportedly cracked better story than the creator.

But for now, the entire focus of the talented filmmaker will be on his upcoming project Viswambhara with Chiranjeevi. He needs this film to be a mega success if he needs to have sustained prominence in the Telugu film industry.
