Veteran VN Aditya Promises Thrilling Content With Phani

Veteran Director VN Aditya, who had earlier made films like Manasantha Nuvve, Nenunnanu, and others had taken a layoff from films in recent while. But after a lengthy break, he is back in the mix now.

Phani, directed by VN Aditya, promises to be a thrilling cinematic experience. Produced by Dr. Meenakshi Anipindi under the OMG Productions banner and presented by AU&I, the film stars Catherine Tresa in the lead role, along with Mahesh Sriram, Neha Krishna, and veteran actors like Tanikella Bharani.

At a recent press event in Hyderabad, the makers unveiled the film’s motion poster. Catherine Tresa praised VN Aditya for his ability to experiment with different genres and expressed confidence that Phani would be a standout addition to his filmography.

VN Aditya shared that his bond with producer Meenakshi Anipindi led to this project. Initially conceived as a small-scale film, it grew into a global venture when Catherine Tresa came on board. The film is notable for being the first Indian movie shot entirely in the USA, with Dallas serving as the primary location.

A unique aspect of Phani is the presence of a snake as a crucial character. The team spent five days auditioning different snakes, finally selecting a Black Pine snake. Catherine, initially fearful, adapted over time. With its intriguing premise and international appeal, Phani is set to captivate audiences worldwide.
