Vicky-Katrina Juhu Apartment Rent Shocks Fans

Just when fans thought Bollywood’s power couple Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif would settle into a dream home of their own, news of their staggering apartment rent in Mumbai has left everyone stunned. Instead of purchasing a property, the couple continues to live on rent in Juhu, and the numbers are raising eyebrows.

Vicky recently extended the lease on their luxurious sea-facing apartment in the elite Raj Mahal project. The apartment spans over 2,700 sq. ft. and comes with three car parking slots, offering every bit of glamour that fits their star status. The couple is known for keeping things low-key, but this home has all the signs of quiet luxury.

The financials, however, are anything but quiet. For the first two years, Vicky is shelling out Rs 17.01 lakh per month. From the third year, it inches up to Rs 17.86 lakh. Add it all up, and the rent alone for three years crosses Rs 6.2 crore. On top of that, there’s a Rs 1.75 crore security deposit, along with stamp duty and registration charges.

While earlier chatter surrounded Katrina possibly being pregnant, which turned out to be untrue, this latest real estate revelation has sparked a different kind of curiosity. With that much rent being paid, fans are left wondering what’s keeping them from buying a home of their own.
