Tamil cinema has a strong connection with politics. Many Tamil actors have entered politics and tried to serve the public. Now actor Vijay has taken this journey to another level through his political party TVK. His success has raised an interesting question among Telugu movie lovers. Why are Telugu star heroes not showing the same interest in politics.

Recently Vijay's political journey became a topic of discussion after reports about actor Dhanush's fan association attracted attention. The association was renamed Dhanush Narpani Iyakkam. The meeting focused on discipline and public service. However Dhanush has not announced any plans to enter politics.

TVK welcomed the discussion about Dhanush's possible political entry. The party said Vijay's journey could inspire other actors who are thinking about starting a political career. Vijay spent many years building a network of fans and welfare activities before entering politics.

Tamil Nadu has a long history of actors becoming political leaders. MG Ramachandran and J Jayalalithaa became Chief Ministers. Vijay's political journey has brought fresh attention to the connection between cinema and politics.

But the situation in Telugu cinema looks different. Pawan Kalyan is already active in politics. He entered public life through Jana Sena Party and became the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. His journey shows that Telugu film stars can also build political careers.

Junior NTR also has a history of political campaigning. He campaigned for the Telugu Desam Party during the 2009 elections. However he has not taken an active political role in recent years. There is no official indication that he plans to enter politics again.

Mahesh Babu and Prabhas have also not shown any clear interest in starting political careers. Both actors remain focused on their film projects. Their fans may discuss their political views but there is no confirmed announcement about their political entry.

The difference between the two industries raises an important question. Is it necessary for every popular actor to enter politics. The answer is no. Some actors may want to serve society through politics while others may prefer to focus on cinema or charity work.

Vijay's journey may inspire more actors in the future. However political success requires public service and strong leadership. Telugu cinema has many popular stars. Whether more of them enter politics will depend on their personal choices and their willingness to take on the responsibilities of public life.
