Vijay’s New Title Card: Destiny Has It

Even for his previous films, Superstar Vijay is fondly addressed as “Thalapathy” Vijay, and even in the songs of Jana Nayagan, there are lyrics like “Thalapathy Kacheri”, and the title is so powerful and famous. But now, that title has been changed.

Because something more powerful in real life has happened, surely they have changed things. And the film will see the full title “Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu” as the title for the hero. Here’s an interesting fact behind the same.

“We think about one particular climax for a movie, but then the climax that will be destined for us will not be the same. Had we released the film Jana Nayagan back in January, we might not have come up with a new title card for Vijay. But today, we’ve the privilege of putting the title “Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu”, and that’s what was destined for us”, says KVN Productions Venkata Narayan, as he feels elated regarding the title change.

The producer thanked Vijay for the collaboration, and also stated that he took all the necessary permissions to use the name of Chief Minister as the title on the poster and for the film’s credits. Jana Nayagan featuring Vijay, Mamitha Baiju and Pooja Hegde in lead roles is hitting cinemas tomorrow (July 23).
