VD Gets Busy Once Again After A Debacle!

Young hero Vijay Deverakonda pinned a lot of hopes on 'Family Star'. He hoped to bounce back with this film but all his efforts went in vain as 'Family Star' ended up being a huge disappointment. Though it got decent openings, the collections dipped after the first weekend. He is yet to start his next project with Goutham Tinnanuri and everyone thought that the 'Arjun Reddy' hero will take a break for a couple of days.

But Vijay Deverakonda is in no mood to take a few days off. He wants to bounce back and get busy with work as soon as possible. Sources say that the shooting of his next film with the 'Jersey' director has begun today in Hyderabad. As announced, Vijay will be seen as a police officer in this movie and Goutham has penned a very interesting story.

Apparently, the movie's unit planned two big schedules and reports suggest that a major part of shooting will be done in these. Earlier, Sreeleela was confirmed as the heroine and she even attended the pooja event. But the 'Guntur Karam' heroine is no longer part of this project and we need to see who the team selects. Naga Vamsi is bankrolling this project under the Sithara Entertainments banner and Vijay is expected to announce a few more projects as well.
