VD's Crazy Flick Gets A Starting Date Finally!

Vijay Deverakonda has arrived with a family entertainer like 'Family Star' in April. He is now working on a cop action drama under Goutham Tinnanuri's direction. While this is under making, he announced another project officially on his birthday. He teamed up with producer Dil Raju once again and this combination is all set to give us something different now. The pre-production works are already going on in full swing.

This is going to be the 59th film under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner and Vijay is going to be presented in a never before manner according to the team. 'Rajavaaru Ranigaaru' fame Ravi Kiran Kola is going to direct this film and he has penned a strong rural action drama as per reports. Sources claim that the shooting will begin in September 2024.

Grapevine suggests that Sai Pallavi is expected to get onboard with this project as the director kept the 'Fidaa' actress in mind while designing this character. There is also a talk that the makers are planning to bring Samantha onboard as well. Sam played the village girl's role with ease in 'Rangasthalam' and she might be a perfect fit. We need to wait till the official news comes out. The details regarding the technicians working on the film will also be released over the next month or two.

Vijay is working on 'Jersey' director's film while he also announced another project under Rahul Sankrityan's direction. It is expected to have a period backdrop.
