Starring Thalapathy Vijay, the highly anticipated Leo movie trailer, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has left many disappointed. This comes as a surprise, given director Kanagaraj's reputation for crafting compelling trailers.

The trailer hints at Vijay playing a family man living in Kashmir with his wife, portrayed by Trisha, and their daughter. However, his past catches up with him as relentless enemies with a grudge hunt him down. The trailer showcases intense moments, like the villains setting his clothes on fire and subjecting him to a brutal beating, momentarily leaving Vijay defeated. Yet, in a dramatic twist, Vijay's indomitable fighting spirit emerges, and he takes on the group of goons single-handedly, delivering a thrilling and action-packed sequence

Unfortunately, the Leo trailer falls short of expectations, failing to ignite the anticipated thrill. Criticism is notably aimed at Vijay himself, with concerns raised about his hairstyle and demeanor in the trailer. They seem lackluster and fail to convey the gritty gangster persona, leaving him looking less menacing.

Even among dedicated fans, the trailer has stirred mixed feelings, and the hashtag #disappointed is trending across social media platforms, reflecting this disappointment.

The plot appears fairly conventional, with the hero seeking refuge in an unfamiliar town as vengeful villains pursue him, lacking the innovation that viewers had hoped for. Anirudh Ravichander's background music also doesn't meet the high expectations.

Despite the excitement surrounding the return of the Vijay-Trisha pairing after 15 years, their chemistry alone may not be enough to rescue the film from its lukewarm trailer.

In summary, the Leo trailer seems to fall short of the standards set by Vijay's previous trailers and Lokesh Kanagaraj's earlier work, notably "Master." It appears that the trailer's lackluster presentation has let down the hopes for this collaboration.
