Raju Weds Rambhai Hero Claims Foul Play

Other day, a video shot by a “Delivery Boy” went viral, in which young hero Akhilraj Uddemari of “Raju Weds Rambhai” fame, was hitting him, shouting at the delivery boy, trying to hit him hard and failing to land a couple of punches at him. After the video was out, many wondered why this young hero was spoiling his fame, that too on camera

“I’ve just questioned the delivery boy for delivering the wrong one and asked the guy to get out. As we are continuously getting such wrong deliveries, I got frustrated. Sometimes condoms and cigarettes are being delivered to our house wrongly. But I’ve not force-attacked the delivery boy. He was drunk and spoke ill about my mother, so I only warned him. The delivery guy recorded my video saying on my face that he will defame me,” said AkhilRaj in a video statement today, adding that he has worked as a ‘delivery boy’ before becoming an actor.

Also, Akhilraj addressed the shameful statements made by social media folks on the internet, and stated that people are throwing stones at him without listening to his version of the story. He felt that no matter whether you’re a star or not, caring for your parents and their well-being is the primary responsibility. “Why are you throwing statements at me without verifying facts?” he asks. Akhilraj blamed the media on Insta and Twitter for writing ill-gotten notes about him without reaching out to him.
