When Many Wanted ‘Cult’ At Same Time!

Dashing young hero Vishwaksen has been going through a purple patch at the moment and wants to bounce back big time on the silver screen. For that very same reason, he took the mantle of direction again and is coming up with the film “#Cult”, which is hitting cinemas on October 30th along with movies like Venkatesh’s AK47 and another film, Itlu Arjuna.

Guess what, the title “Cult” vibes with the youth quite instantly. However, when Vishwaksen decided to go with the title, there’s another Kannada film that is named “CULT” and hit cinemas back in January. At the same time, even in Tamil, another film that has the title Cult in it has turned up. Though everyone suddenly started taking up that title, Vishwasksen hasn’t changed his.

He says, “The word ‘cult’ is in existence for the last 3-4 years but no one thought of using that as a title for the film. However, when I picked up that title, many came in competition and used it, but finally I’ve held it, and now presenting it to all”. Well, inside the movie, it looks like the name of the party nightclub where the whole action takes place is actually called Cult Pub.

Now that Vishwaksen is touching up a genre that’s high on adrenaline rush, thrills and engaging narrative, it looks like he has a winner on hand.
