In this context, the latest developments are suggesting the theatrical deals that should have been in place for this film or now under serious Jeopardy.
Reportedly the film is not likely to close any sort of theatrical deals in the Telugu states in advance to its theatrical release. Reportedly, no one is interested in buying their rights of the film by paying a hefty amount of money.
Earlier, the makers wanted to cash in on the hype and they wanted ₹100 crore. But certain investors were ready to pay in the range of ₹50 crore for the film. In the end, the makers are not even in a position to close a theatrical deal for the film as the updates are suggesting that no one is interested in spending such money on the film now.
Subsequently, Yash Raj films are left with no other option, but to release the film on their own in the Telugu states along with the conventional Hindi belt. It turns out to be that this leading production house, which is known for historically, making quality. Big range films is having to release one of their biggest projects on their own without any theatrical deals in place.
