Is Jr. NTR Going to Enter at Interval in War 2? Director Clarifies

War 2 director Ayan Mukerji has addressed the recent rumours surrounding Jr. NTR's role in the film. Fans were speculating that the Telugu superstar would make his grand entry only at the interval point of the movie. However Ayan Mukerji has quickly shut down these claims and assured fans that they won’t have to wait until the halfway mark to see Jr. NTR in action.

At a pre-release event held in Hyderabad on August 10, Mukerji humorously responded to the buzz, saying, "We are smart enough not to make a movie where he (Jr. NTR) comes at the interval point in the movie. That much sense we have." This statement put the fans' worries to rest, and he hinted that Jr. NTR's entry will be a big moment in the film, but not delayed until the interval.

Ayan Mukerji further teased the audience, adding that to truly know when Jr. NTR will appear, fans will need to watch the film and experience it for themselves. The director also revealed that he is keeping details of the story under wraps to surprise the audience when the film releases. He stated that War 2 will provide a unique experience by blending spectacle with emotion.

The film stars Hrithik Roshan as super spy Kabir and Jr. NTR as a special unit officer on a mission to track Kabir, is slated to release on August 14, 2025. The film will be available in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil and is already being hyped as one of the biggest cinematic events of the year.
