What Next For Trivikram Now?

There is a lot of discussion going around star writer-director Trivikram's future after 'Guntur Karam'. Many say that he is stuck in a cycle and is churning out the same kind of films every time. There are people who claim that 'Guntur Karam' is his weakest work despite getting good collections. The pen power of Trivikram is slowly fading away according to a few. At this juncture, the senior director needs to show his prowess once again.

But there are questions about his next project. Many expected Allu Arjun and Trivikram to team up for the fourth time as the project was officially announced long back. But the 'Pushpa' hero will be involved in the shooting of 'Pushpa 2' till August and has a project with Sandeep Reddy Vanga lined up as well. There are reports about him teaming up with Atlee as well and 'Geetha Arts' banner officially announced a project with Boyapati Sreenu. Though Allu Arjun's name is not attached, fans are convinced that 'Sarrainodu' combination will be coming together again.

All these films suggest that Trivikram's project may not commence any time soon. Mahesh is getting involved with Rajamouli which means that he is not free for another three years while no one knows what happens with Pawan Kalyan as he put everything on hold to focus on politics for now. NTR is busy with two parts of 'Devara' and has a project with Prasanth Neel lined up. Ram Charan too has 'Game Changer' and Buchi Babu's films in hand. Prabhas has 'Kalki 2898 AD', 'Raja Saab', 'Spirit' and 'Salaar 2' in the pipeline.

It means that Trivikram has to step down to the Tier 2 league and start searching for heroes. There are talks about a multistarrer with Venkatesh and Nani. We need to wait and see if it happens or not. Sources also claim that he may work with Ram Pothineni under Sravanthi Ravi Kishore's banner. We all know the relationship Trivikram and Ravi Kishore share as the veteran producer gave Trivikram his first break as a director and Trivikram wrote for many films under his banner.
