Noted Producer Yakkali Ravindra Babu Breathes His Last!

Leaving his family and the Telugu film fraternity in a cloud of sadness and misery, noted producer Yakkali Ravindra Babu passed away on Saturday afternoon at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He is 55 years old and the Telugu industry who is already mourning the loss of veteran actor Chandra Mohan who breathed his last in the morning are shattered to hear another sad news.

Yakkla Ravindra Babu has produced a lot of films like 'Waiting For You', 'Maa Nanna Naxalite', 'Sontha Ooru', 'Gangaputhrulu', 'Gulf', 'Oka Romantic Crime Katha', 'Romantic Criminals', 'Valasa', 'Honeytrap' and others under his Shravya Films banner. He was born in Markapuram and got a degree in mechanical engineering as well. While doing his job as a chartered engineer, his love for cinema forced him to enter the film industry and produce 17 films under his banner.

He secured a lot of awards for his work as well. He produced movies in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. On the personal front, he is married to Ramadevi and has two children named Ashreeta and Sai Prabhas. Apart from being a producer, he is a lover of literature as well. He penned some heartwarming lyrics in his movies like 'Honeytrap', 'Samskara Colony' and 'Mama Nanna Naxalite'. May his soul rest in peace!
