Kiara Advani Gets Huge Praise From Yash and Nayanthara

The trailer launch of Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups became a special moment for Kiara Advani as her co-stars Yash and Nayanthara openly praised her performance. Both actors spoke highly about Kiara’s hard work and said the film could become an important turning point in her career.

Yash, who is playing the lead role in the film, called Kiara’s performance “tabahi”. He also praised the way she completely committed herself to the character and the vision of director Geetu Mohandas.

Speaking about Kiara at the event, Yash said, "Kiara, I think the kind of role you have performed in this, I have just seen a glimpse in the trailer. You are so dedicated, man. I have seen you work so hard."

Yash also said that Kiara was very simple and supportive while working on the film. According to him, she did not allow any personal concerns to affect her performance.

He added, "Kiara was so down-to-earth. She dedicated herself and surrendered to this vision."

The actor also asked Kiara not to worry about criticism or what people may say about her role. Toxic has already attracted attention because of its bold visuals, violence and controversial scenes.

Yash told her, "Don’t care. Whatever you believe in, you should do. People will celebrate, people will appreciate." He further suggested that the film may be different from what audiences normally expect.

"It’s just that we are a little ahead of our times. People will know it," Yash said.

Nayanthara also had strong words of appreciation for Kiara. She said the film could become one of the biggest highlights of Kiara’s career.

Nayanthara said, "I think this is one of the best films you have done in your entire career." She also agreed with Kiara’s earlier statement that there could be a clear difference in her career before and after Toxic.

The actress added, "There is going to be a Kiara before and after Toxic. Toxic is going to be your best and you look absolutely stunning in the film."

Meanwhile, the Toxic trailer has created curiosity with its dark world, action, emotional conflicts and intense relationships. Yash appears in a powerful role, while Kiara, Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria and Huma Qureshi are also part of the film.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic is being presented as a large-scale Indian film. Yash has also stressed that the movie is not only about him but about bringing several talented artists together.

Toxic is scheduled to release worldwide in theatres on August 26, 2026.
