Political fever has gripped the nation. While Lok Sabha is arriving soon, the AP elections are looming large too. We are already seeing political parties throwing satires at each other. At this crucial juncture, 'Yatra 2' is arriving on 8th February. The first part was a huge success and many experts say that it helped YSRCP in winning the elections back in 2019. Now, the second part of 'Yatra' is arriving just a month or two before the 2024 elections.

The teaser and songs have made it clear that this film is going to be in favor of YS Jagan and his party. The makers have never kept it a secret and the trailer which arrived a few hours back is highly emotional and engaging. We will get to see the conspiracy of the Congress party to stop Jagan's Odarpu Yatra after YSR's demise. Also, it shows the moving journey and inner turmoil of Jagan Mohan Reddy after his father's death and the reason for him to establish a new party.

The movie makers made their stance clear and the trailer definitely delivers big time in terms of what is expected. The last dialogue 'Nenu Vinnanu…Nenu Unnanu' is just perfect as it is what became famous when the 'Yatra' came out five years back. Jiiva did a fantastic job in becoming YS Jagan while Mammootty makes his presence felt despite being in a single scene in the trailer. The political agenda is very much visible but we can see the compelling storytelling and direction impressing us big time.

Mahesh Manjrekar played the role of Chandra Babu Naidu while Mammootty was great usual in his cameo as YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Suzanne Bernert is seen as Sonia Gandhi while Ketaki Narayan is also a part of this movie. Santosh Narayanan is the music composer while Madhie is the director of photography. Shravan Katikaneni is the editor while Selva Kumar is the editor. Shiva Meka produced this film under Three Autumn Leaves & V Celluloid banners. Mahi V Raghav is the director.
