There is a lot of criticism on Star Kids lately. People are really becoming impatient as they are not even waiting to see if the youngster is talented or not. While it is true that star kids get a freeway into the film industry, they have to survive with their talent and nothing else. We have seen what happened with Arjun Kapoor, Athiya Shetty and others who failed to impress the audience despite the good offers.

Now, a bunch of young actors like Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Agastya Nanda, Yuvraj Menda, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina and Dot are making their debut through 'The Archies'. This Netflix film is directed by Zoya Akhtar. The movie is already being subjected to a lot of scrutiny as it has star kids like Agastya, Suhana and Khushi. They are already getting trolled and people are yet to watch their performances.

Talking about this, Zoya Akhtar said, "What I find fascinating is there were seven kids on that poster and the media only spoke about three (Suhana, Agastya, and Khushi). And then turns around and tells us about nepotism. Actually, you're the one not giving the other four attention. You robbed their moment and it's heartbreaking to see. We've put seven kids out there. You've just ignored four. And you took away their moment. So sorry. Your problem."

She added, "Do you know the other four's names? Did you bother to look at them?' Because we are very excited about them. What happened actually was quite sad for the other four, and for the three. These are people that are out there who want to be actors that have come in and tested. And I went with who I thought worked best."

The film will be streamed on Netflix from 7th December and let us see what happens then.
