The ongoing India-China border dispute took a happy turn with the Dragon country China freeing 10 Indian soldiers captured during the violent standoff in the Galwan Valley of eastern Ladakh.

The soldiers were released by China after several rounds of talks between the senior military talks of both sides. Military officers carried intense negotiations as a bid to ease the border disputes.

Major Generals of both sides have been holding talks for three days and as a result, ten soldiers, including two officers were released by the Chinese Army.

The High-intense negotiations were held at the Patrol Point 14 in the Galway Valley of eastern Ladakh. Major General Abhijit Bapat and his Chinese counterpart, met on Thursday which marks their third meeting.

These meeting between the two army senior officers is a move to get the condition at the border under control and to solve the disputes with the Chinese Army. Since the stand-off started the two senior military officers had seven meetings in this regard.
