KCR leaves a mark of his own when it comes to poll campaigning, cabinet formation or administration. Which other Chief Minister in the country will have the guts to delay the Cabinet Expansion by more than one-and-a-half-month?
TRS Supremo could go for cabinet expansion in the first or second week of February as Lok Sabha Election notification might be issued in the third week of next month. As many as 10 MLAs will be inducted in the first cabinet expansion. 3/6/9 happens to be the lucky numbers of KCR. If 10 Members were inducted, The count becomes 12 including KCR and Home Minister Mahmood Ali.
