14 Padma Awards for Telugu States

As many as 14 prominent personalities from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana bagged Padma honour this year. This include Two Padma Vibhushans, Five Padma Bhushans and Seven Padma Shris.
In 2015, AP & Telangana combinedly received just Four Padma Shris. Whereas in 2014, United AP managed to receive Two Padma Bhushans and Seven Padma Shris.
