17 MPs suspended for pepper spray brawl

Chaos ruling in Parliament with the introduction of Telangana bill .Expelled Congress MP from Vijayawada, L. Rajagopal used pepper spray to prevent the introduction of the Telangana bill in the Lok Sabha leading to chaos and disarray in House

Other side ,TDP MP K Narayana Rao suffered heart attack, treatment is underway and he is out of danger now.
