Rs 2 Lakh Crore Special Package for AP!

Union Government is keen on offering a Special Package of Rs 2 lakh crore to Andhra Pradesh which is in a pathetic state post the bifurcation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to make an official announcement in this regard during his next visit to AP for the inauguration of Visakhapatnam steel plant expansion work in January 2016. Even an announcement on Railway Zone at Visakha is expected at the same time.
Narendra Modi didn't offer any assurance on Special Status & Special Package to Andhrites during his speech at the foundation laying ceremony of Amaravati just because of the ongoing Bihar Assembly polls. Most of the senior party leaders believe, 'If Centre announces bigger package to AP than Bihar (Rs 1.25 lakh crore) in January next year, There won't be any serious issues for the Saffron Party'.
BJP State Co-ordinator P Raghu Ram hints Modi might bring smiles on the faces of Andhra people in January with a massive financial assistance. BJP AP Unit is confident of strengthening its base post the announcement of Special Package.
