Two Types of 500 Notes! Biggest Scam?

Congress Party termed the printing of Two Types of Rs 500 notes as the 'Biggest Scam of the Century'.
Ghulam Nabi Azad: 'We have been in power, but never printed two kinds of currency notes with same denomination - One for the Government...One for the Party!'.
Another Congress MP Kapil Sibal: 'Now, We understood why Government took up demonetisation. RBI printed two types of notes in different sizes and designs'.
TMC MP Derek O'Brien opined printing of two types of currency notes is a serious issue.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley dubbed the criticism as irresponsible remarks and misuse of Zero Hour. He clarified slight variation in size and design is possible depending on the printing presses used but Centre has never asked for two kinds of notes.
Whereas, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi questioned Opposition to disclose the source of the notes.
