3 days old couple attempts suicide; Bride dead

A couple, who got married just three days ago, committed suicide at their residence. The shocking incident took place in Tadpatri. While the bride died, the groom is battling for his life.
The couple was identified as Paikkirappa and Vijayalakshmi and they married on March 8. On Wednesday morning, both were found in a pool of blood by family members. Family members rushed them immediately to hospital where the bride succumbed. Pakkirappa is in a critical condition.
However, the exact reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained. Family members and relatives said the couple has no big problems to end their lives. Police registered a case and took up investigation.
