Jagapathi Babu entered into a new phase of his career through the transition from lead hero to character artiste. These days, He is even open to play villainy if the character is strong enough and excites him during the narration.
The family hero admits the fact that he is currently having no market as a solo hero and hence shifted his track. He, however, asserts that doesn't mean he will be signing every film that comes his way. Jagapathi wishes to focus on roles will substance instead of blink and miss characters.
Much to the surprise of film buffs, Jagapathi Babu predicted that three of his upcoming films are going to be smash hits at the Box Office. "I got good judgemental skills and can easily predict the fate of the films. As per my knowledge, 3 out of 10 to 12 films in the next few months are going to be sure shot hits. They are Legend (Balakrishna-Boyapati), Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham (Sai Dharam Tej-AS Ravi Kumar Chowdary) and Ra Ra Krishnayya (Sundeep Kishan-Regina)," he confirms.
