30% discount to Telengana farmers!

Seeing the title, dont feel that Telengana farmers will get benefited with this 30% discount offer. This aspect refers to the discount Telengana government imposed on the loan waiver scheme. As per the recent latest reports, government decided to clear the loans which are less than or equal to Rs. 30000.
It is known that RBI slapped the 2 states of Andhra Pradesh saying that it is impossible to give 1 lakh loan waiver to the farmers. Chandra Babu Naidu responded to this saying that he will increase that 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh while TRS government identified the possibilities and came down to Rs.30000 in the initial stage.
Government didnt decide on the amount which is higher than this one. For now, KCR wants to hit the reality by moving up with Rs.30000 loan waiver scheme. In AP, Chandra Babu didnt start the 1.5 lakh loan waiver scheme in full fledged basis.
