3000 Acres Land To Be Acquired For Capital In Vishakapatnam

Though there is no official information on this, it has been widely reported that the concerned officers were given orders to make the required arrangements. Going with the recommendations of the GN Rao committee to set up CM Camp Office, Secretariat, Assembly, and the High Court bench in Vizag district=level officers came to an assessment that 3,000 acres of land will fulfill the needs of administrative buildings.
It has been reported that lands around Mudasarlova, Bhimunipatnam, Anandapuram, Sabbavaram and Pendurdhi regions will be allocated by the government. The above-mentioned lands will be accommodating secretariat, cabinet ministers offices, CM camp office, and directors office.
On the last day of the Winter Session of Assembly, CM Jagan announced that Vishakapatnam might be the Administrative Capital while Amaravati will still continue as legislative capital and Kurnool will be judicial capital.
