4 Phases Capital City Establishment Plan For AP

Capital City establishment turned out to be a big challenge to the AP state government. It appointed a special team to take care of this aspect and this team is now framing 4 phases for the development of the city. In the first phase, Narayana and his team will collect 1 lakh acres of land in and around the city.
It seems that they are ready to give developed farming fields to the farmers who lost their land due to the city expansion process. On the other hand, government is even planning to give 25,000 rupees of cast to the farmers. In the second and the third phases, establishment of the government offices and educational institutions were scheduled.
Outer ring road of around 184KM will surround the city in the final stage. It is known that the prices of the lands nearer to the Hyderabad ORR raised to few Crores from few lakhs. People turned to be CrorepathiÂ’s overnight in Hyderabad. Now, the same situation is expected to be seen in Vijayawada in near future.
