While Jagan's Padayatra has boosted the confidence of YCP Leaders, It's been increasing tension among the TDP Leaders. This situation raised the doubt how many Sitting MLAs would be winning in next election?
If the reports in circulation is to be believed, TDP Leadership is likely to deny tickets for 45 Sitting MLAs in 2019 Polls. Chandrababu Naidu has already sent the list to party seniors in all the districts and warned that Sitting MLAs will pay the price if they don't gain people's acceptance.
TDP-BJP won all the MLA & MP seats in West Godavari District in 2014 Polls. YSRC hasn't won a single seat here. But now, Five out of 45 Sitting MLAs in list with TDP Leadership are representing constituencies in West Godavari. Chandrababu Naidu directed party in-charges to alert the underperforming Sitting MLAs. He made it clear to the MLAs that only winning horses will be chosen as candidates.
