Mining Baron Gali Janardhan Reddy has become politically active ahead of the Karnataka Assembly Polls. Since few days, He was staying at a rented accommodation in Molakalmuru Assembly Constituency to support his close aide B Sreeramulu.
Nearly five thousand people have been coming to meet Gali Janardhan Reddy at the two-storeyed house in Hanagal every day. Most of visitors are BJP Workers and Supporters. They ask the security personnel if they could meet Gali at least once.
Gali Janardhan Reddy was the prime accused in Rs 16,500 crore Obulapuram Mining Scam. Despite obtaining bail, He was barred from entering Bellari. There was negative feedback from voters after Gali sharing the stage with BJP Chief Ministerial candidate BS Yeddyurappa. So, High Command advised him to maintain low profile until the polling day.
