56 Percent Cab Drivers drive drunk here!

What comes as a shock to the whole nation is the fact that 56 percent of Cab Drivers in Delhi-NCR operate in a drunken state. A NGO named Community Against Drunken Driving (CADD) conducted the survey and covered as many as 10,000 cabbies from September 10th to December 10th last year.
55.6 percent of the total respondents admitted to drink driving. And 27 percent confessed accepting booking in a fully inebriated state. Don't you think something worse gonna happen in the national capital if this menace continues?
