5.7 magnitude Earthquake in Tripura

National Centre for Seismology told, The epicenter of the moderate quake which took place at 2.39 PM was in Ambassa area (59 km away from Agartala) of Dhalai district, Tripura. It is at a depth of 28 kilometers.
There is a panic situation soon after the each began shaking. People ran from their houses and offices to save their lives. 50-Year-Old Woman died due to heart stroke at her residence. Four others have suffered injuries. Nearly 50 Houses got partially damaged due to the quake. Landslides happened in many locations.
People in Assam and Meghalaya too experienced the quake. Fortunately, There is not vast damage.
