6-Time AP MP never filed I-T Returns

Nandi Yellaiah is the Congress candidate for Nagarkurnool Lok Sabha segment. While filing the nomination, Mr. Yellaiah stated he doesn't need to file Income Tax returns as he don't have any taxable income.
