65 US Varsities Oppose Trump's Visa Policy

As per the new rule, Students who's visa period expires or those whoâs academic year comes to an end canât overstay in the United States.
Earlier, Foreign Students were allowed to stay in US for a period of six months even after completion of their higher education. If a student stays beyond this six months period, He or She will be forced to return to their country and gets barred from the US for a period of 3 years.
Leading Varsities including Harvard, Yale, MIT, Princeton and Cornell has been opposing the new move. US Universities earned USD 39 billion during the academic year 2017-18 because of the Foreign Students. They fear Trump's New Visa Policy would severely affect their income generation. This policy willn't only harm the varsities, but also the students and scholars.
