82 fresh COVID-19 Cases Reported In Andhra Pardesh

The positive cases of COVID-19 in Andhra Pradesh are increasing rapidly as 82 fresh cases were reported in the past 24 hours in the state. With the new cases, the toll of the cases reached 1259.
Out of the fresh cases, 40 cases were reported in Kurnool while Guntur and Krishna districts reported 17 and 13 positive cases respectively. On the other hand, Kadapa reported 7 cases and Nellore witnessed 3 new cases with Ananthapur and Chittoor one case each.
Kurnool tops the list of the districts with the most number of positive cases with 332 followed by Guntur and Krishna with 254 and 223 positive cases respectively. The count of the active cases in the state stood at 970 as 258 have recovered and discharged from the hospitals accordingly.
Till date 31 has succumbed to the fatal virus in the state. The 82 cases are the highest single-day cases as of now as the earlier highest was 81 cases in Andhra Pradesh.
